Dennis V. Mancini brings a broad knowledge of Information Technology (IT) with an emphasis on networking as well as a strong knowledge of database and web development using ASP and PHP.

Currently, Mr. Mancini is responsible for working on projects in the following practice areas as well as supporting Presscott Associates’ staff from an IT perspective: strategic planning/marketing analysis; database manipulation and analysis; managed care financial policy and reimbursement analysis; fee schedule analysis and data management services; several aspects of revenue cycle re-engineering; and skills training.

Prior to joining Presscott Associates, Mr. Mancini was employed at Unitrin Data Systems, a Unitrin Company where he served as a Desktop Analyst for the Scranton, PA and Stevens Point, WI offices. At Unitrin, Mr. Mancini directly supported 90+ local users, 25+ remote users and managed the day-to-day computer needs of two offices. Some of Mr. Mancini’s accomplishments included assisting in the implantation of a VOIP telephone system, migrating two offices to Active Directory, and coordinating a hardware refresh for a remote office. Previously, Mr. Mancini also worked as an intern for a local CBS affiliate in Hartford, CT.

Mr. Mancini attended college at the University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT and received his BS in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, with a concentration in MIS and a minor in Computer Science. After graduation, Mr. Mancini relocated to Wilkes-Barre, PA to work for Kemper Auto and Home, later becoming an employee of Unitrin Data Systems, another Unitrin subsidiary, where he was employed until joining Presscott Associates. Mr. Mancini is also presently a Juris Doctor candidate at the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford, CT.
