Graham K.L. Fong brings a broad knowledge of Information Technology (IT) with an emphasis on utilizing the IT for business process improvement as well as information for our clients’ management to make informal business decisions. He also has extensive knowledge in web development especially related to integration of disparate systems and information dissemination.

Currently, Mr. Fong is responsible for working on projects in the following practice areas as well as supporting Presscott Associates’ staff from an IT perspective: strategic planning/marketing analysis; database manipulation and analysis; managed care financial policy and reimbursement analysis; fee schedule analysis and data management services; several aspects of revenue cycle re-engineering; and skills training.

Prior to joining Presscott Associates, Mr. Fong was employed at TLD Group, a worldwide manufacturer of Aircraft Ground Support Equipment. At TLD, Mr. Fong was responsible for groupwide, global IT operations with a staff of nine personnel in three continents. Some of Mr. Fong’s accomplishments include creating a global Wide Area Network integrating all TLD global locations into one homogeneous system, migrating all locations to one single ERP platform, creating an indispensable intranet system for business process automation and system integration.

Mr. Fong attended college at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in Manchester, United Kingdom and received his BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Fong also attended Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT and received his MSc in Computer Information Technology.
